What is FSSBooster – Practitioner Refresher ?
The Practitioner Refresher session is a booster training for practitioners of Forest Schools and Nature-inspired programs, to reinvigorate and evolve their existing practices further through an experiential situational training session with other practitioners and Forest School Singapore Master Trainers (Darren & Genevieve)
WHY we do this ?
To grow more rigorous practice and connect with the fellowship of Practitioners.
WHAT is the focus ?
🌱 Taking Care of Each Other : Share and exchange stories with fellow practitioners
🫳 Rasing Quality : Refresh safety practices and pedagogical approaches
✨ Collective Consciousness : Connect with a larger FS / FS-like community for ecosystem support
HOW will it look like ?
Morning Role Playing Situational Training @ Mayfair Park
We will have a short warm up to ground ourselves and get into a playful spirit, before immersing ourselves into multiple rounds of role playing. We will interchange different roles throughout the session, with reflective discussions in between each round, to deepen our awareness and widen our perspectives.
Afternoon Trekking Together @ Clementi Forest
We will go traverse together through challenging and familiar terrain, to have some fun and connection with each other and the ecosystem. We will have a little small group reflective sharing and discussion at the end, for us to exchange stories and thoughts.
WHAT recognition ?
Upon completion, you will be given a simple documentation for FSS Booster: Practitioner Refresher 2H2026
This Booster is for Forest School Practitioners, Parents and Educators (adults only)
HOW MUCH ?
Fee : $153 / pax – for public
(For existing FS Practitioners & those in the FSS Village Telegram Group : $53 / pax)
Group : Maximum 14 pax
