F.S.S. Special Needs Training

Forest School Singapore Special Needs Training (FSS-SNT) is made to build a community that helps to integrate every special need in an empowering way, that is not based on pity or undermining the potential of an individual.

Day 1 : FOREST SCHOOL APPROACH – Self awareness & Context
We will spend the morning using our hands to get into the zone of learning, by doing some Nature crafts together, followed by some grounding sharing. In the afternoon, we will learn about the FSS Approach and take some time to be present with our mind, in building the connection to the learning journey here.

Day 2 : SPACE & SENSE – Increase Capacity to ‘read’ the rhythm
We will dive deep into the external aspect of Forest School in terms of Environment & Risk through an experiential morning trekking through a dense Forest, that will open our senses to the space that we take in life and work. The afternoon will be gently grounded through learnings and understandings into the sensories, in flow with the morning.

Day 3 : CHILDREN & BEHAVIOUR – Develop understandings for the methods
We will spend the whole day, going into situational and role-playing experiential learning, to expand and share the different elements that trigger and create the behaviours that we face from our children and the individuals with special needs that we work with. Various approaches and methods will be exchanged during this part of the training by the Trainers as well.

WHAT recognition ? 
Upon completion of the 3-Day Training, you will be given a document showing that you have gone through the Forest School Singapore Special Needs Training.
