This is a training of the Forest School skills, awareness and connection capability of the individual, so as to be able to be a competent and skilled Forest School coach to children in a Forest School / Nature / Outdoor setting.

🌱 Awareness: Learn about the preparation it takes to be a good Forest School coach
🫳 Operation: Develop a capacity to manage a group of children using the Forest School Approach
✨ Basics: Understand the basic foundations of Forest School Singapore approach.
HOW will it look like ?
DAY 1 : INTRODUCTION – Insights into the 3 Pillars of FSS Approach
We will spend the morning using our hands to get into the zone of learning, by doing crafts together. In the afternoon, we will learn about the FSS Approach and take some time to be present with our mind in this learning process.
DAY 2 : NATURE & CONTEXT – Increase Awareness Capacity
We will dive deep into the more technical aspect of Forest School in terms of Environment assessments and Risk Management. Both key components in how we develop a healthy and meaningful lens to do Forest School with confidence in ourselves and Nature.
DAY 3 : CHILDREN – How to work with children using FSS Approach safely
We will be riding on all the participants’ experiences in Education to drive their reflection. From there we will co-create realisations and learning that is relevant to the participants’ experience with children.
CERTIFICATE / RECOGNITION:
- Upon completion of the 3-Day Training and Demonstrate the FS practice in your work/life
- Trainees will be given the E-certificate with the Title, Forest School Coach.
