It should go deep, and sometimes even be uncomfortable.
It usually mirrors closely with the Main Leaders’ beliefs and philosophy.
Focus
Lays the structure for building the culture
The rules of engagement guiding the leadership / management team.
It gives direction and guidelines to the drivers of initiatives.
Hidden Syllabus
Brings people to a space between the earth and the stars
A hidden syllabus is the unwritten, unofficial and often unintended takeaways and learnings outside of a formal syllabus. The effect of the Hidden Syllabus can only be fully realised when not seen by the stakeholders. A hidden syllabus is not something we can plan for; it is something that surfaces over time, as we practise and reflect upon our work.
